Yes, time again, for Raks to shamelessly and blatantly promote the National Theatre! A Woman Killed With Kindess is currently in previews, with its Press Night this Tuesday (19 July).

It is directed by Katie Mitchell, who always delivers ground-breaking and interesting work.

Cut and pasted from an email from the National Theatre:

Fast-moving, frightening and erotic: a major play in a radical production.

Katie Mitchell directs this fresh interpretation of Thomas Heywood’s startling domestic thriller, one of the first tragedies ever to be written about ordinary people.

I am going later this month and I cannot wait!
