Regular readers of The Umbrella Organisation will know that I do a quarterly audit of the most frequently used "tags" on the community.

I have just done an end-of-year (2012) audit and the results are in!

Top 3

1) benedict cumberbatch — 256 uses
2) national theatre — 249 uses
3) big society — 233 uses

This community continues to be founded and built on the very firm foundations of Benedict Cumberbatch and the National Theatre. Benedict Cumberbatch and the National Theatre have been THE most popular tags since the community began! However, we have a new entry at number 3 - "big society", which reflects the fact that politics and political activism and campaigning have re-entered my life and started to become a much more important aspect of my life.

The image below combines the two most popular tags - Benedict Cumberbatch and the National Theatre!

Numbers 4-10:

4) bbc — 231 uses
5) politics — 228 uses
6) theatre — 223 uses
7) tv — 212 uses
8) sherlock — 211 uses
9) film — 178 uses
10) andrew scott — 131 uses

The next 7 most popular topics are a mix of TV (including BBC), theatre, and film; politics; Sherlock (slipping down the rankings quite drastically because he has been off our screens); and Andrew Scott retains the much coveted tenth place! So, as it says on the can, a bit random!

Wow, I'm surprised that Benedict remains top of the list. He's been a very busy man all year of course, but we haven't really been talking about all his current projects here. Personally I am very excited about Star Trek Into Darkness which he has been promoting most recently, but also very pleased that he has had time to record more Rumpole and Cabin Pressure for radio. We know that the new series of Sherlock will be shot sometime late spring. I wonder if he feels the pull towards the stage again yet? Probably not whist Hollywood is courting him so assiduously!

Benedict still top - but of course!

If you are seeing The Hobbit and Star Trek Into Darkness please feel free to post your reactions and your reviews onto here. It is just that neither of those two particular projects excite me.

As for radio, I can't keep up with the TV, let alone take on the radio!
