The Radio Times recently asked its readers to say why they loved Doctor Who (in under 100 words). I submitted an entry and my entry was one of the ones they chose to publish! That made my weekend :)
This was my entry:
"I love Doctor Who because whenever I feel bored or blue, he appears, ready to take me on an exciting new adventure, hurtling through time and space in a beautiful blue police box. He is always changing, but I love each and every one of his incarnations because they are all unique, and every incarnation allows me to get to know him a little better and to see a different side to him. He is British, a free spirit and a complete maverick, but I love him to pieces because he brings so much fun into my life."
