I cannot do another fundraiser this year as I have done the Walk for Life and the Maggie's Night Hike and there is only so many times you can ask people for money. However, Stuart is a piece that is very special to my heart, as is the plight of the homeless, especially those in London who I see all the time. If anyone is looking for a fundraiser, or a way to help others, I am recommending that they consider doing the Big London Night Walk on Friday 30 September. If you do take part, please post about it on the com.

SMALL STEPS BIG CHANGES
On the 30th September 2011, London will be host to the third annual Big London Night Walk! It will be our biggest and best yet in honour of The Big Issues 20th birthday and will see 500 people take to the streets of London to help The Big Issue vendors on their journey away from homelessness.
The 15 mile route will take in London’s most iconic landmarks (which look all the more impressive at night!) and take rest stops at several fascinating buildings with a historical connection to the homeless community.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join other like minded people who have a sense of adventure and a desire to help empower homeless and vulnerable people across the UK.
