The Silver Blaze Wessex Cup - Kempton Park Racecourse, 6 July 2011

Cut and pasted from The Sherlock Holmes Society of London website:

"The Sherlock Holmes Society of London is pleased to announce that it will be sponsoring the Silver Blaze Wessex Cup at Kempton Park on Wednesday 6th July (evening meeting).

The inaugural race in 2010 was a sell out success with over 60 Members and their guests watching the race from the comfort of the Kempton Park Royal Box. The Cup was won by Kylladdie at odds of 7/2.

This year The Wessex Cup will be run at an evening meeting at Kempton Park on 6th July. Representatives of the Society will present the Wessex Cup to the winning owner. We will also select the ‘best turned out’ horse in the parade ring before the race."

Emperor and Galilean Week at The Umbrella Organisation

We had a Third Star Week in honour of Benedict Cumberbatch (one Third Star photo a day from Monday through to Friday - the day the film received its UK release).

In support of Andrew Scott, I have decided to do the same for Emperor and Galilean. So there will be one Emperor and Galilean photo on the community every day, starting tomorrow and running until Friday.

Hooray!
