YES - Just what we have all been waiting for - or at least, what I have been waiting for!

I love One Man, Two Guvnors, mainly because the production is genius (it is Nicholas Hytner). One of the things I love most about the production is the band and the songs that are written specially for the production and that are sprinkled throughout the production. Anyway, the National made my day today as whilst I was making my usual (almost daily) visit to the Bookshop I found that The Craze CD was on sale, with all the songs from the production.

These songs are upbeat and happy (except "The End of the Pier Blues"!). They are toe-tapping finger-licking good!

This brought sunshine to a rainy day!

Changing the subject slightly, do you know anything about efforts being made by the National to put the two Frankenstein NT Live screen performances onto DVD? There seems to be a constant tide of conflicting information on the subject...

David Sabel, the National's Head of Digital Media, said at his talk on NT Live as part of the Researcher's Tales series of talks that it would happen. He gave no clue re timescales!

Oh, that's really good news. I don't mind waiting... :-)

You dearest have more patience than me!

People keep telling me that patience is a virtue. That may well be the case. But I have zero patience - I want the sweets now!
