Today I was lucky enough to get into the preview screening of Dr Who, which will be returning to our screens in a few weeks (six episodes will be broadcast on BBC1 this autumn). The episode was titled "Let's Kill Hitler" and focuses on what happens when the TARDIS crash lands in 1930s Berlin.

I love the Dr Whos that are based on history and I love the darker episodes and the ones that centre on the Second World War, Churchill and Hitler. So this one was right up my street.

In a nutshell, the epiode was AMAZING! I loved it! Matt Smith is definitely my favourite doctor ever - I love his Englishness, his quirkiness, his eccentricity and his maverickness (if such a word exists).

And guess who else came to see the preview screening? ... Andrew Scott!

Which gives me yet another excuse to give a big shout out to Mr Scott who has rapidly become a firm favourite of mine because he is just so charming (and also an absolute genius actor!).

Yay Andrew is a Doctor Who fan!

That makes him even more awesome than I already thought he was.

I didn't think that he was a Dr Who fan - I just thought he was there to support Steven Moffat - but you never know!

Either way the man is still all kinds of awesome!
